This B&B comes from a project of renovation supervised by the architect Sergio Luzio. The areas were transformed in respect of the previous architectural elements, which were preserved in order to create a wonderful surround for guests.
The furniture was selected with fine taste, but it was also important to give the idea of a homey place: old pieces of furniture are now restored and combine with modern furniture and lighting.
The hosts connected the concept of renovation and recycling. They used their own manual skills and creativity to carry on the project and now get the energy for the structure from renewable sources.
Taliakà
Taliakà B&B is just a few minutes away from the centre of Lipari. Its location allows the guests to stay in a relaxing environment, far from the chaos of the city life while enjoying the nearby town.
It is about 40 meters above the sea level and it has 2 floors. It offers 5 rooms with a private bathroom in each one. One room is placed in the first floor and the others in the second one.
From the 2022 season all rooms also have a "mini fridge" for exclusive use.
In the first floor, the breakfast room is characterised by simple and elegant furniture. The room temperature is adequately controlled by the staff in both winter and summer. Every morning you will be welcomed by the hosts of the structure, Davide and Chiara, who you can refer to in case of any need.
You will savour a traditional italian breakfast while able to admire the landscape Marina Lunga and the town, including the beautiful Lipari Castle, one of the island’s main historical attraction.
In the evening you will be able to relax in the balcony by the hall and enjoy the comfortable couches and armchairs while admiring the beautiful night view in the shade of a pergola.
